Product names, cover art, screenshots, logos, and trademarks for the games, consoles, and hardware we sell or reference on this Site belong to their respective publishers, developers, and manufacturers, and are used for identification purposes in connection with the sale of genuine, lawfully obtained merchandise.
1. Reporting Copyright Infringement

2. Trademark Concerns

3. Counter-Notices
If material you posted or that relates to your account was removed in error or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to marcovolt3@gmail.com identifying the material removed, the location it appeared before removal, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification.
4. Repeat Infringers
We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be repeat infringers of third-party intellectual property rights.
