This Privacy Policy explains how XP Central LLC ("we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you visit or use xpcentral.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy should be read together with our Terms of Service. XP Central is currently under construction / in pre-launch mode -- this policy will be reviewed and updated again before the Site is fully open for sales.

1. Information We Collect

Account information: When you sign up or log in, we collect your email address and display name, either directly (email/password signup) or from a third-party sign-in provider you choose to use (Google or Facebook). If you sign in with Google or Facebook, we receive basic profile information (name, email address, profile photo) that you've authorized those providers to share with us.
Order and booking information: If you place an order, book a rental, sign up for a tournament, or request a private event, we collect the details needed to fulfill that request (e.g., items ordered, booking dates, contact details).
Payment information: Payments are processed by PayPal. We do not store your full payment card or PayPal account credentials on our servers -- PayPal handles that directly under its own privacy policy.
Usage data: Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically log basic technical information (such as IP address and browser type) for security and performance purposes.

2. How We Use Information

To create and manage your account
To process orders, bookings, and event requests
To communicate with you about your account, orders, or bookings
To maintain the security of the Site and prevent fraud or abuse
To improve the Site and the products/services we offer

3. Third-Party Sign-In (Google & Facebook)

If you choose to sign in using Google or Facebook, those providers will share the profile information you've authorized (typically name, email address, and profile photo) with XP Central so we can create or match your account. We do not receive your Google or Facebook password. You can review or revoke XP Central's access to your Google or Facebook account at any time through your Google Account settings or Facebook Settings & Privacy, respectively.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We only share information with third parties where necessary to operate the Site, such as:

Firebase (Google): our authentication, database, and hosting provider
PayPal: our payment processor

5. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain account and order information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide our services. You may request deletion of your account and associated personal data at any time -- see our Data Deletion Instructions page for how to do this.

6. Security

We use industry-standard practices to protect your information, including Firebase Authentication and Firestore Security Rules that restrict access to your data to you and authorized administrators only. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Children's Privacy

XP Central is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time, especially as the Site moves from pre-launch/testing into full public operation. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
